The Falcon Centre of Culinary Excellence is headed by our Development Chef, Neil Roseweir, who oversees all Product Development to ensure that the highest standards of performance are achieved. The facility provides a hands-on environment for customers to develop menu concepts and evaluate equipment. It is only by working this closely with customers that we can ensure to meet their exact and demanding requirements to enable delivery of the high quality food in the most cost-effective way.

Falcon is recognised as the provider of high quality, innovative commercial catering equipment. We are fully committed to continuous research and development to ensure we can offer complete catering solutions.

All new equipment is offered with a minimum full 1 year manufacturer's warranty for parts & labour. For subsequent years we would be happy to quote to provide a service contract. All machine prices are carriage paid to a UK mainland site subject to the following conditions-

Standard Delivery - Any time within 3 working days after the dispatch date quoted (this does not include Saturday or Sunday).

Exclusions - Remote areas of Scotland, Wales, South West England and Northern Ireland.

All gas units are supplied as natural gas as standard. If alternative gas supply e.g. LP/Jersey/Guernsey is being used, our equipment will require the jets to be converted. The unit will have to be ordered as a special or be converted by one of our engineers on site.
