This compact Custom Complex has the capability to support a variety of operational applications for smaller businesses undertaking refurbishment, or for those catering for any one-off function or event.

For pubs, clubs, small hotels, restaurants or nursing homes, this catering complex can accommodate up to 3 or 4 Chefs in the Medium Kitchen whilst the integral Cold Room allows for weekly deliveries and considerable pre-prep stock holding, or it could be utilised as valuable space for post-production pre-service chilled storage.

As shown, the kitchenās cookline is in our āStandardā format. However, by perhaps adding an Undercounter Dishwasher and/or a Combination Oven for example, you can increase your menu capability and become a self-contained catering facility from delivery through to post meal cleansing.

This Custom Complex has the all the storage, prep, production and cleansing capabilities that any permanent catering facility requires. Ideal for supporting a larger business undertaking refurbishment, it can prove equally effective for major event catering or for any one-off function where perhaps multiple deliveries per day are not feasible.

If you need to provide 500 meals 3 times a day and you only want to receive deliveries two or three times a week, depending upon your intended menus, staffing and production procedures, then this Custom Complex can meet that demand.

The Large Kitchen can accommodate up to 4 or 5 Chefs whilst thereās sufficient space for other staff to provide the vital support in the separate preparation and Dishwashing areas.

As shown, the kitchenās cookline is in our āStandardā format. However, by adding other equipment such as Combi Ovens, Bratt or Boiling Pans, a Griddle, Chargrill or an additional Fryer for example, you can greatly increase or vary your menu capability.

Medium Dishwash Unit 6.2m Image  

The MD 28/62 is a high throughput facility for catering operations where larger diner numbers have to be serviced. This unit was designed for long term projects but it is equally suitable for big events and hospitality functions. In addition to the Pass-thru Dishwasher with Pre-rinse Bowl and Spray Arm set in the inlet table, the cabin comes complete with Potwash sink and additional tabling for coping with all types of cleansing operations. Small Dishwash Unit 3.8m Image
