TW100 Kitchen is a single 20ft ISO container sized building which provides a compact kitchen solution. It has space for up to three kitchen staff and is ideal for producing basic meals in remote sites. Depending on the equipment selected and menu to be prepared, this kitchen can produce up to 500 meals per day. TW100 includes cooking equipment, extraction, refrigeration, storage and wash up facilities.
